Tarp Repair Kit: 2'x2' Blue Tarp Patch and Vinyl Cement
8 oz. Vinyl Tarp Repair Kit
This easy-to-use tarp repair kit includes a 2'x2' piece of 18-oz. PVC-coated polyester patch and an 8 oz. can of vinyl cement so you can repair, rather than replace, your tarp. Keep a kit at the shop and one in your truck so you can fix a small tear before it becomes a big problem. Great for use on both lumber tarps and steel tarps.
Heavy-Duty Tarp Repair Kit Features:
- Heavy-Duty Blue Tarp Patch: Made from tear-resistant 18 oz. PVC-coated polyester. Also available in black and red.
- Robust Vinyl Cement: The Rochford vinyl cement is waterproof and creates a permanent, flexible bond so your repair will last.
- Brush Applicator Included: Attached to lid so it's always easy to find.
Tarp Repair Instructions:
- Clean the repair area with rubbing alcohol.
- Cut your tarp patch material into a round shape that's 1-2 inches larger than the tear.
- Spread an even coat of cement to both surfaces being attached and let dry for 5-10 minutes.
- As the cement sets and achieves tack, press surfaces together. For best results, use a roller.
- Wait 24 hours for initial cure - the cement will fully cure in 7 days.
A larger version of this product with a 32 oz. van of vinyl cement and 4 tarp patches is also available. Be sure to check out our wide selection of tarps and tarp accessories. Contact our team with any product or special order questions.
